Solo analyst / consultant → Pro. Small fund (2-20 people) that needs shared holdings, CRM, or Investment Committee → Team. 20+ people with SSO / procurement requirements → Enterprise. Free is a real "try before you buy" for the dashboard core (metrics, watchlist, TT Chat, exports) with no CC required.

What's the difference between Pro and Team?▾

Pro is single-user by design ($49/mo, cheapest way to unlock Messari AI + Portfolio AI for one analyst). Team is per-seat ($99/user/mo) and adds multi-user collaboration, CRM, Investment Committee, Deep Research jobs, and priority support. If your org has more than one member, you need Team.

How does per-user billing work on Team?▾

Any distinct login in your org counts as one seat. If you invite 5 analysts, that's $495/mo. Adding or removing a teammate updates your subscription quantity in Stripe on the next invoice (prorated). Cancel anytime — you keep access until end of billing period.

What are Messari Deep Research jobs?▾

Async in-depth reports on any protocol or topic. Takes 5-10 minutes and returns a synthesised research memo with citations. Team includes 500 credits per job, shared across your org allowance. Not available on Free or Pro.

What does Enterprise include?▾

Everything in Team, plus SSO (SAML/Okta), custom domain (dashboard.<yourfund>.com), programmatic API access, dedicated CSM, and contractual SLA. Pricing is per-fund based on seat count and requirements. Contact us.

Where is my data hosted?▾

Supabase (Postgres, EU region). All traffic over HTTPS. 2FA required on every account. Row-level security isolates your fund's data from any other customer on the platform. GDPR-compliant handling.

Can I self-host or use my own database?▾

Not on Free/Pro/Team. Enterprise customers with SOC 2, air-gap, or on-prem requirements can discuss custom licensing.
